In 2021, the expansion of PODEK’s production and storage facilities begins, ensuring that we remain agile and flexible in serving our markets in the future. This initiative is also part of preparing PODEK for growth and increasing our focus on innovation.
To achieve our goals, investment in a new 1,000 m² production hall (22 × 45 m) is planned for 2021 as phase 1 of a five-phase programme running through to 2025.
Phase 1 – 2021–2022
Construction of a new 1,000 m² production hall.
Phase 2 – 2022–2023
Renovation of the existing 534 m² Hall 2 for production.
Phase 3 – 2022–2023
Renovation of the 128 m² metalworking workshop and conversion into storage space.
Phase 4 – 2023–2024
Construction of a new 250 m² office building.
Phase 5 – 2024–2025
Construction of a new 430 m² hall as an extension to Hall 2.
